The training and placement cell of JPC works closely with Jayam college of Engineering & Technology to push and guide students to shape their careers that lead them to success. TPC( Training and Placement Cell) starts serving the students right from day-1 of their first-year academic calendar. Requisite skill development-oriented training activities provided along with the regular academic schedule for all four years. The training activities bring all essential modules like Aptitude tests, communication skills, language practice, group discussions, personality development, Job oriented courses, mock sessions, and special training programs to ensure the best in employable eligibility. In simple, TPC en route the Employment for Jayam Engineers by taking consideration in all requirements and expectations on the students’ belvedere.
TPC organizes many skill-based programs’ for students and faculty members as well, to facilitate the placement process and ensure every individual is to be ready for industry. Both internal and external training activities have been given to the students for better revelation and exposure. Apart from basic skill training, TPC organizing many guest lectures, seminars, webinars, and skill-specific workshops to incubate integrated knowledge among students and faculty fraternity. The utmost care and diligence are given in shaping the structure of the training module and hiring the best training houses for external training assistance. Since focusing on the effective outcomes evaluations are done internal/external experts which impact not only in campus placement but also in their regular motos like competitive eams, entrance/eligible test, etc.,
Jayam TPC realm extends beyond the campus, to emphasise unsurpassed corporate relationships for enlightening industry onboarding opportunities for students. A multi-visioned approach of TPC brings many more prospects in industrial exposures such as HR-interactions, Internships, In-Plant training, and industry visits.
